Refund Policy

1. 14-Day Refund Guarantee

We offer a 14-day refund guarantee on all paid plans. If you are not satisfied with he110.me for any reason, you can request a full refund within 14 days of your first payment being charged. Since all plans include a 14-day free trial, your first payment occurs on day 15 of your subscription — giving you a total of 28 days from sign-up to evaluate the Service risk-free.

2. Free Trial

Every new subscription includes a 14-day free trial. During the trial, you have full access to all paid features, including publishing your page. If you cancel before the trial ends, you will not be charged. No refund is needed because no payment is taken during the trial period.

3. How to Request a Refund

To request a refund within the 14-day refund window:

  1. Use the "Request Refund" option in your page editor under "Manage Subscription"
  2. Alternatively, contact us via our Contact page at support@he110.me
  3. Or contact Paddle directly through the link in your receipt email

Refunds are processed by Paddle and typically take 5-10 business days to appear on your statement, depending on your payment method and financial institution.

4. After the 14-Day Refund Window

After 14 days from the date of your first payment, we are unable to offer refunds. You may still cancel your subscription at any time to prevent future charges.

5. Subscription Cancellation

You can cancel your subscription at any time. When you cancel:

  • Your subscription remains active until the end of your current billing period
  • Your published page stays live until the billing period ends
  • No further charges will be made after cancellation

To cancel, use the "Manage Subscription" option in your page editor, or click the cancellation link in any Paddle receipt email.

6. Account Deletion

If you delete your he110.me account, your subscription is automatically cancelled immediately at no additional cost. All your data — including your public page, profile information, uploaded media, and login credentials — is permanently and irreversibly removed from our systems.

7. Merchant of Record

Our order process is conducted by our online reseller Paddle.com. Paddle.com is the Merchant of Record for all our orders. Paddle provides all customer service inquiries and handles returns. All billing, invoicing, and payment processing is handled by Paddle. For billing-specific questions, you may also contact Paddle directly at paddle.com/help.
