1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using he110.me ("the Service"), operated by Tal Frider ("we", "us", or "our"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use the Service.

2. Description of Service

he110.me is a personal page builder for salespeople and professionals. It allows you to create a public profile page with your bio, about section, fun facts, social links, and an embedded Google Calendar booking link. The Service is designed to help you share a single link so prospects can learn about you and book meetings instantly.

3. Account Registration

You must sign in using a valid Google account to create a he110.me page. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your Google account. You must provide accurate information and keep your profile content appropriate and lawful.

4. User Content

You retain ownership of all content you create on your he110.me page. By publishing content, you grant us a non-exclusive, worldwide license to display that content as part of the Service. You are solely responsible for the content you publish and must ensure it does not violate any laws or third-party rights.

5. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use the Service to:

• Publish illegal, harmful, threatening, abusive, or defamatory content
• Impersonate another person or entity
• Distribute spam, malware, or phishing content
• Violate any applicable laws or regulations
• Infringe on the intellectual property rights of others
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Service or its systems

6. Paid Plans & Billing

Creating and editing your he110.me page is free. Publishing your page so it is publicly accessible requires an active paid subscription.

• Free Trial: All new subscriptions include a 14-day free trial. Your payment method is collected at checkout but you are not charged until the trial ends. You may cancel at any time during the trial at no cost.
• Recurring Billing: After the trial, your subscription renews automatically at the interval you selected (monthly or yearly) until you cancel.
• Cancellation: You may cancel your subscription at any time. You will retain access to paid features until the end of your current billing period. No partial refunds are issued for unused time.

Our order process is conducted by our online reseller Paddle.com. Paddle.com is the Merchant of Record for all our orders. Paddle provides all customer service inquiries and handles returns. When you purchase a paid plan, you agree to Paddle's Checkout Buyer Terms.

7. Refunds

We offer a 14-day refund guarantee after your first payment is charged. Combined with the 14-day free trial, you have 28 days from sign-up to evaluate the Service risk-free. After the 14-day refund window, all sales are final. Please see our Refund Policy for full details.

8. Intellectual Property

The he110.me name, logo, and all associated branding are our property. The Service's source code, design, and underlying technology are protected by intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, or distribute any part of the Service without our written permission.

9. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not guarantee that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or secure. We are not responsible for any meetings or business outcomes resulting from the use of the Service.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, he110.me shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or related to your use of the Service.

11. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account at any time for violation of these terms or for any other reason at our discretion.

You may delete your account at any time using the "Delete Account" option at the bottom of your page editor. Account deletion is permanent and irreversible. Upon deletion, your public page, profile data, uploaded media, and authentication credentials are permanently removed from our systems. Your username will become available for other users to claim. If you have an active paid subscription, it will be automatically cancelled immediately upon account deletion at no additional cost.

12. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms of Service from time to time. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms. We will update the "Last updated" date at the top of this page.
